Separate(for items (i) and (ii)) sealed quotations clearly mentioning the service terms and conditions are invited from reputed computer/hardware peripheral vendors with work experience and proven track record for the period 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027 for the following :

  1. Annual maintenance of Computers and peripherals with spares at Lady Brabourne College Campus for Main building and for Roma Chaudhuri building (please provide separately for Main Building and Roma Chaudhuri Building).
  2. Annual maintenance contract of networking with spares for campus wide internet connection for Main building and for Roma Chaudhuri building (please provide separately for Main Building and Roma Chaudhuri Building).

Please note :

  • Vendors have to submit separate quotations for Main building and Roma Chaudhuri building
  • The vendor needs to post two in house service engineers for the computer and peripherals and one engineer for networking every working day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • The required documents (GST, PAN, IT clearance etc.) should be clearly mentioned and attached herewith.
  • Last date of submission of quotations 6.2026.
